Purpose of the channel:
I am a political science major who spends all my free time learning about contemporary US politics. I have a distinct interest in the study of US elections and campaigns which is the focus of my channel. My most common videos consist of me filling out a Presidential electoral map with different color classifications for each state that represent how competitive I think each state will be. Still, I do many other videos that cover the US Senate elections, US House elections, Vice Presidential selection, how each candidate’s campaign strategy, hypothetical Presidential matchups in the future and in the past, analysis of primary and general election.
Common Q and A:
► What are my ratings for my electoral maps (lean, likely, etc.)?
Tilt: Less than 2%, Lean: 2-5%, Likely: 5-12%, Safe: 12%+
► Will I continue with my Youtube channel after the 2020 elections?
► What will I change your name to after the 2020 elections are over?
I will let my subscribers vote on this, but I am leaning toward “Ben’s Election Predictions” right now
► What are my personal political views?
I choose not to broadcast them to my audience for the purpose of this channel. I try to be as unbiased as possible because I believe that lends credibility to my channel.
► What website do I use for my electoral projections? or
► How often do I upload?
Usually once or twice a day
► When do I typically go live?
Usually once or twice a week towards the evening. I will announce when I do so though.
I hope you enjoyed watching the video! Like, Comment & Subscribe! See you all next time! 🙂

About the Author: 2020 Election Predictions

  1. Trump will win. Polls are terrible. But no one will be actually called as the winner for weeks or even months. Tons of lawyers on standby. It's going to be a joke.

  2. I think it’s nice of you to give the democrats the benefit of the doubt when it comes to correcting for their mistakes in polling in 2016, but I think you’re wrong. Coming into 2018, everyone swore up and down the democrats would put forward nominees that would be the opposite of Clinton. Why? BECAUSE THEY HAD TO HAVE LEARNED THEIR LESSON, right? Instead, the dems end up with a worse, equally establishment candidate who has already served 8 years doing nothing in the White House. Not to mention the guy can’t get 3 sentences out. The democrats don’t learn lessons, they just figure out how to lie, cheat and steal their way to victory. They make the same mistakes over and over and over and I think that’s what this next election will be as well.

  3. Why not use your methodology for all the possible swing states? The polls over predicted trump in a few states that are now swing states. For example, in Texas, the polls predicted a much larger victory for trump that he actually ended up with. Given that he's now leading in the TX polls by about 1 point, that would put TX in Biden's column.

  4. Focus on voter REGISTRATION in battleground States which all show net additions to the pro-American side over the Democrats. Also focus on the Democrat brand tarnished by Biden supporters RIOTING and burning businesses and the Democrat Mayor of Nashville hiding corona numbers to SUPPORT LOCKDOWNS like ChinaJoe says he wants to impose over the entire US. Normals Americans want none of that.

TRUMP wins all the 30 Staes he won in 2016 plus 3 or more.

  5. Nice video! Polls are worse today than they were in 2016. On a good day the pollsters only get a 1% response rate from everyone that they contact. This is lower than 2016. Its obvious the shy Trump vote is larger today.

  6. At this point I’m expecting a landslide for Biden if it was going to tighten up, it would by now. The only reason it seems closer than it actually is is bc of pollens like Rasmussen, Kaiser Family and Trafalgar
