Purpose of the channel:
I am a political science major who spends all my free time learning about contemporary US politics. I have a distinct interest in the study of US elections and campaigns which is the focus of my channel. My most common videos consist of me filling out a Presidential electoral map with different color classifications for each state that represent how competitive I think each state will be. Still, I do many other videos that cover the US Senate elections, US House elections, Vice Presidential selection, how each candidate’s campaign strategy, hypothetical Presidential matchups in the future and in the past, analysis of primary and general election.
Common Q and A:
► What are my ratings for my electoral maps (lean, likely, etc.)?
Tilt: Less than 2%, Lean: 2-5%, Likely: 5-12%, Safe: 12%+
► Will I continue with my Youtube channel after the 2020 elections?
► What will I change your name to after the 2020 elections are over?
I will let my subscribers vote on this, but I am leaning toward “Ben’s Election Predictions” right now
► What are my personal political views?
I choose not to broadcast them to my audience for the purpose of this channel. I try to be as unbiased as possible because I believe that lends credibility to my channel.
► What website do I use for my electoral projections? or
► How often do I upload?
Usually once or twice a day
► When do I typically go live?
Usually once or twice a week towards the evening. I will announce when I do so though.
I hope you enjoyed watching the video! Like, Comment & Subscribe! See you all next time! 🙂

About the Author: 2020 Election Predictions

  1. In 1947 the Indian Army invaded Jammu and Kashmir and since then it has killed around 500,000 Kashmiris and the Kashmiris have been asking the Indian Army to leave for 70 years. The UN security council resolutions 91, 98, 96, 80, 47, 38, 39, 51, 122, 123, 126, 307 asked for the Indian army to leave and for a referendum to be held where the people could decide their own future. India initially agreed but then preventing this from happening because most of the Kashmiris wanted to join Pakistan. Since the referendum under the UN resolutions 91, 98, 96, 80, 47, 38, 39, 51, 122, 123, 126, 307 never occurred. Jammu and Kashmir remained an independent country under international law and on the UN Maps: As you could see India is outside Jammu and Kashmir. It is an illegal occupation. In August 2019 the whole population of the Indian side Jammu and Kashmir was put under house arrest by the Indian Army and 750,000 Indian troops were stationed in front of each house, the internet and the phone lines were cut and the media expelled. So the people asked the world for help and Trump offered to mediate but Modi refused. Then the Chinese asked the UN to help the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Narendra Modi then threatened to invade the unpopulated Chinese side of Jammu and Kashmir.

  2. My Final 2020 Election Predictions:
President: Biden looks to have around 291 electoral votes to Trumps 247. Biden likely wins the popular vote by 6-7%. Biden flips Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan from Trump in 2016.
Senate: Democrats will likely gain between 2-4 senate seats. I see 50 democrats and 50 republicans.
Democrats flip Arizona, Maine, and Colorado, Republicans flip Alabama. It’s a tossup in Montana, Iowa, and North Carolina but democrats likely to flip NC and Republicans hold narrowly to MT and IA. This will be the first time since before the 2014 Republican wave in where democrats control the upper house.
House: Democrats will have 235-240 seats while republicans will have 195-200 seats. Win House popular vote by 5-6%.
After the 2018 Democratic Blue wave, democrats regained the house overwhelmingly flipping 40+ seats. They will likely hold it this year.
    Governors: Democrats 23 Republicans 27
Democrats hold onto North Carolina, Republicans flip Montana. Democrats have flipped several governorships since Trump took office.
