  1. I don't see Missouri going Democrat. Sure Kander is from there but that doesn't mean he would win it. Al Gore, Mitt Romney and Donald Trump all lost their home states. But since you almost always have the Democrat winning anyways it's not a surprise.

  2. Very spot on in projecting Jason Kander defeating Paul Ryan in Wisconsin.
    As a Wisconsinite, I can tell you, that Paul Ryan is not as popular as people might think. In fact, despite continuing to be Re-Elected to the House in the 1st CD, Ryan couldn't even play enough of a role in helping Romney carry Wisconsin in 2012. Ryan is loved by Wisconsin Conservatives, especially those from the "W.O.W." counties that surround Milwaukee (Washington, Waukesha, and Ozaukee. It is something that makes it clear, that while Wisconsin is a very competitive state, when Democrats show up to vote, the state trends a light shade of blue. When Democrats fail to show up to vote, the state trends a light shade of red (as was the case in 2016).
